摘　　要：美学区即刻种植时保留天然牙唇侧部分牙片,有利于保存牙片处的牙周膜和束状骨,防止拔牙后束状骨前期改建吸收造成的牙槽骨高度及宽度变化,避免大量的软硬组织增量。保留唇侧牙片即刻种楦技术,2010年由德国学者Hiirzeler首先报道,经过10年的病例随访观察,使用该技术可以很好地维持种植修复后的龈缘位置、唇侧软组织丰满度,保持牙龈组织颜色、质地的稳定。作者团队自2013年开始此技术的临床研究,处理牙根及牙片的外科技术手段与Hiirzeler团队的方法略有不同。本文通过一个有7年随访结果的完整病例介绍这一不同的牙片外科处理技术,探讨这一技术特点及临床操作细节。Immediate implant with the socket-shield technique was first proposed by Htirzeler in the year of 2010.It has been confirmed that this technique can preserve labial bone plate and periodontal ligament better than conventional immediate implant placement.It is more conducive to the maintenance of gingival margin position,soft tissue contour,gingival color,and character after implantation.This technique has been applied to clinics by many scholars for more than 10 years.But its operation process is not completely unified,which makes it difficult to popularize this technology in the clinic.The author's team has first started the clinical research of this technology in China in 2013.In this paper,a new dental shield management method different from Htirzeler’s is proposed.The clinical treatment process and 7-year follow-up result of one case of the immediate implant with socket-shield technique in the aesthetic area are illustrated,in order to provide evidence and clinical experience for the clinical application of this technology.
