摘 要:国际汉语教材的话题是教材内容设计思想的体现。台湾地区的代表性教材《新版实用视听华语》在话题编排上具有类型多样、注重实用和生动有趣的特点。但由于台湾当局持续推动"本土化"政策的效应,本土教育中"台湾主体性"的建构,以及台湾当局提升"软实力"、增强"国际影响力"的需要,使得该教材从参与话题的人物设定、话题场景到话题谈论的具体内容都以"台湾"为中心展开,话题设计体现出强烈的"台湾主体意识"。这将对海外汉语学习者的两岸关系认知和中国国家形象认知造成极大的负面影响。针对于此,我们虽不必、也不能简单的把教材话题设计中的"台湾主体性"倾向等同于"台独",但是对于该教材或此类教材有可能极端强调"台湾主体意识"的倾向甚至是"台独"倾向则必须给予坚决的批判和反对。The topic of international Chinese textbooks is the embodiment of the content design ideas of the textbooks.The representative textbook"New Practical Audiovisual Chinese"in Taiwan has the characteristics of diverse topic layout,emphasis on practicality,and vividness.However,due to the effects of the"localization"policy that the Taiwan authorities continue to promote,the construction of"Taiwan subjectivity"in local education,and the need for the Taiwan authorities to enhance their"soft power"and enhance their"international influence",this textbook has changed from the topic of participation.The character setting,the topic scene and the specific content of the topic discussion are all centered on"Taiwan",and the topic design reflects a strong"Taiwan subject consciousness".This will have a great negative impact on overseas Chinese learners’perception of cross-Strait relations and China’s national image.In response to this,although we cannot simply equate the tendency of"Taiwan subjectivity"in the topic design of textbooks with"Taiwan independence",but for the textbooks or such textbooks that may extremely emphasize the tendency of"Taiwan subject consciousness"or even the tendency of"Taiwan independence",we must be firmly criticized and opposed.
