特殊信任到普遍信任的连接路径

摘　　要：基于东、中、西部七省的调查数据,本文在辨析人际信任概念内涵、分类及其对象的基础上,分析了特殊信任与普遍信任间的关联。研究发现,从特殊信任到普遍信任存在两种连接路径:在存量路径中,特殊信任作为基础存量提高了个体对社会大众的信任倾向,因而对普遍信任具有直接正向作用;在扩展路径中,社区参与提高了个体社交圈内可信任对象在全体社会成员中的比例,特殊信任因而可以通过高水平的社区参与促进普遍信任;人际交往影响了个体对社会大众的正向认识,特殊信任因而可以通过良好的人际交往促进普遍信任。这表明,普遍信任有多种来源,建设高信任水平社会不仅要完善制度环境,还需注重培育和扩展个体的信任存量。Based on the survey data of seven provinces,this article finds two connection paths from special trust to generalized trust.In the stock path,special trust promotes the tendency of individuals to trust the public,therefore it directly cultivate the formation of generalized trust.In the expansion path,community participation increases the proportion of trustworthy objects in the individual social circle among all members of society.Interpersonal interaction affects the positive cognition of individuals to the public,thus special trust can promote general trust through good interpersonal interactions.
