摘 要:《生物统计学》课程现在是很多本科院校统计学、应用数学、信息与计算科学和应用统计等专业的专业必修课。文章首先归纳总结了生物统计学课程的课程特点、主要教学内容与教学方式,随后根据生物统计学课程的特性,提出了生物统计学课程具有教学手段单一、教学脱离、没有重视统计软件三个方面的主要问题。并针对这些问题,从优化教学内容、改进传统教学模式与创新教学方式、合理选择与使用统计软件、改良课程考核方式四个方面提出改革措施,以期为提升生物统计教学效果、培养高水平生物统计分析人才作出贡献。最大限度地训练和培养研究生的自主学习能力和创造性思维。The"Biostatistics"course is a compulsory course for many undergraduate colleges'major,such as statistics,applied mathematics,information and computing science,and applied statistics etc..This article summarizes the curriculum characteristics,main teaching content and teaching methods of the biostatistics course.Then,according to the characteristics of the biostatistics course,it is proposed that the biostatistics course has three main issues,including single teaching method,separation of teaching and learning,and no emphasis on statistical software.In response to these problems,this article proposes reform measures from four aspects:optimizing teaching content,improving traditional and innovative teaching methods,rationally selecting and using statistical software,and improving course assessment methods.These can contribute to the promotion of the effectiveness of biostatistics teaching and cultivation of the high-level biostatistics analyze talents.It is hoped that the students'creative thinking and self-study ability can be maximum cultivated and trained and the comprehensive learning quality of students can be improved.
