ERRα、ERRβ蛋白在结直肠癌根治术患者中的表达水平及与病理的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨雌激素相关受体α(ERRα)、雌激素相关受体β(ERRβ)蛋白在结直肠癌根治术患者中的表达水平及与病理的相关性。方法收治86例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,患者均进行根治术治疗,术中分别采集每位患者的结直肠癌组织样本、癌旁正常组织样本,采用免疫组化SP法对各组织标本中的ERRα、ERRβ阳性率、表达水平进行检测,并分析ERRα、ERRβ与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果结直肠癌组织ERRα、ERRβ阳性率分别为67.44%(58/86)、75.58%(65/86),高于癌旁正常组织的阳性率分别为13.95%(12/86)、19.77%(17/86),组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结直肠癌组织的ERRα、ERRβ水平均高于正常组织(P<0.05)。ERRα、ERRβ的表达率与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤位置、病灶直径、病理分型等无关,而与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度、血管浸润等有关(P<0.05)。经Pearson检验分析,ERRα与ERRβ蛋白表达水平呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论ERRα、ERRβ蛋白在结直肠癌患者中呈现高表达,并与患者的肿瘤病灶组织的浸润、转移、分期等不良预后临床病理特征有相关性,两者可能协同参与结直肠癌病情恶化的调控。Objective To investigate the expression of estrogen related receptorα(ERRα)and estrogen related receptorβ(ERRβ)in colorectal cancer patients undergoing radical resection and their correlation with pathology.Methods 86 admitted patients with colorectal cancer were taken as the research objects.All patients were treated with radical operation.The colorectal cancer tissue samples and adjacent normal tissue samples of each patient were collected respectively during the operation.The positive rate and expression level of ERRαand ERRβwere detected by immunohistochemistry SP method,and the relationship between ERRα,ERRβand colorectal cancer was analyzed The relationship between the pathological features of the bed.Results The positive rates of ERRαand ERRβin colorectal cancer tissues were 67.44%(58/86)and 75.58%(65/86),respectively,which were higher than those in adjacent normal tissues 13.95%(12/86)and 19.77%(17/86),respectively.The expression levels of ERRαand ERRβin colorectal cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05).The expression rates of ERRαand ERRβwere not related to age,gender,tumor location,lesion diameter and pathological type,but related to the tumor stage,lymph node metastasis,degree of differentiation,vascular infiltration,etc(P<0.05).Pearson test showed that there was a positive correlation between the expression of ERRαand ERRβ(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of errαand errβprotein is high in colorectal cancer patients,and it is correlated with the clinicopathological features of poor prognosis such as invasion,metastasis and staging of tumor tissue,which may be involved in the regulation of deterioration of colorectal cancer.
