中医治疗乳腺癌中药方剂配伍规律的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌中医辨证施治用药规律。方法收集整理有关乳腺癌的处方,通过数据挖掘软件,应用关联分析等技术,分析中医治疗乳腺癌的辨证和中医处方用药规律。结果通过对161张乳腺癌处方用药分析,发现乳腺癌症候主要为肝气郁结证、气血亏虚证和湿热下注证,涉及中药合计185种,出现频次最多的分别为人参叶95次,其次为甘草90次,白术87次,其用药主要以清热解毒药、补虚和活血化瘀药为主,经软件分析发现核心药对有17对,分别为人参叶-甘草、白术-茯苓、人参叶-南方红豆杉等。结论通过挖掘处方中药物用药规律,为乳腺癌的中医临床治疗提供新思路。Objective To explore the law of treatment and medication of breast cancer based on TCM syndrome differentiation.Methods Collect and sort out prescriptions related to breast cancer,analyze the syndrome differentiation of TCM treatment of breast cancer and the regularity of TCM prescription medication through data mining software,using correlation analysis and other techniques.Results Through the analysis of 161 prescriptions for breast cancer,it was found that the symptoms of breast cancer were mainly liver-qi stagnation syndrome,qi-blood deficiency syndrome and damp-heat betting syndrome,involving a total of 185 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,and the most frequent occurrence was ginseng leaves 95 times.Followed by licorice for 90 times and Atractylodes for 87 times.Its medications are mainly heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs,tonic and blood-activating drugs for removing blood stasis.The software analysis found that there are 17 pairs of core drugs,namely ginseng leaf-licorice,atractylodes-poria and Ginseng leaves-Taxus chinensis etc.Conclusion By digging the rules of prescription Chinese medicines,the results can provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of breast cancer in traditional Chinese medicine.
