摘　　要：目的:评价lncRNA MAGI2-AS3在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中的表达及生物学作用。方法:收集63例非小细胞肺癌患者癌组织及其癌旁组织,检测lncRNA MAGI2-AS3在癌与癌旁组织中的相对表达量并分析其与患者临床特征的关系;在A549细胞中过表达lncRNA MAGI2-AS3,分析其与NSCLC细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭及迁移能力之间的关系。结果:lncRNA MAGI2-AS3在NSCLC组织中呈现低表达状态,与正常肺组织相比,差异具有统计学意义;lncRNA MAGI2-AS3在NSCLC组织中低表达,与患者的年龄、病理类型、肿瘤大小、临床分期、吸烟指数有关;lncRNA MAGI2-AS3能够抑制肺癌细胞的增殖、侵袭和迁移。结论:检测lncRNA MAGI2-AS3与NSCLC病理类型、临床分期有一定的相关性,可以作为一种潜在的肺癌标志物指导临床诊断。lncRNA MAGI2-AS3能够抑制肺癌细胞的增殖、侵袭和迁移,有可能成为肺癌治疗的潜在靶点用于临床。Objective:To evaluate the expression and biological role of lncRNA MAGI2-AS3 in non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:The cancer and paracancerous tissues of 63 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were collected and purified,the relative expression of lncRNA MAGI2-AS3 in cancer and paracancerous tissues was detected,and the relationship between the overexpression of lncRNA MAGI2-AS3,and the proliferation,apoptosis and invasion of non-small cell lung cancer was analyzed in A549 cells.Results:The low expression of lncRNA MAGI2-AS3 in NSCLC tissues was significantly lower than that in normal lung tissues,and the low expression of lncRNA MAGI2-AS3 in non-small cell lung cancer was related to the patient's age,pathological type,tumor size,clinical stage and smoking index.lncRNA MAGI2-AS3 can inhibit the proliferation,invasion and migration of lung cancer cells.Conclusion:The detection of lncRNA MAGI2-AS3 has a certain correlation with the pathological types and clinical stages of non-small cell lung cancer,which can be used as a potential lung cancer marker to guide clinical diagnosis.lncRNA MAGI2-AS3 can inhibit the proliferation,invasion and migration of lung cancer cells,and may become a potential target for lung cancer treatment.
