摘  要:《桑青与桃红》中的空间叙事比较突出,桑青/桃红活动空间的不同特征显示出两者相异的性格特征和身份、文化认同。桑青的活动空间封闭、狭窄、压抑,指向其内敛、克制、自我压制的性格特点,同时也折射出中国传统文化、历史重负等对女性的重重压制。桃红的活动空间则以敞开为主,以不断上路的游走改变固定的空间定位,因而桃红身上体现了开放、外向且更具挑战性的女性主体,也折射出作者由中国人向世界人的身份认同转变。The space narration in Sangqing and Taohong is quite prominent,and the different characteristics of the activity space of Sangqing/Taohong show their different personalities,identities and recognitions of cultural identity.Sangqing’s activity space is closed,narrow and depressed,which points to her personality characteristics of introversion,self-restraint and self-suppression.Meanwhile,it also reflects the multi-layered oppression of Chinese traditional culture and historical burden on women.By contrast,the activity space of Taohong is mainly open,and her fixed space positioning is changed by constant setting out and wandering on the road.Therefore,Taohong embodies the open,extroverted and more challenging female subject.The transformation from Sangqing to Taohong expresses the female consciousness change in the novel and also reflects the transformation of the author’s recognition of identity from a Chinese to a cosmopolitan.
