观察倾斜式卧位在新生儿溢乳和睡眠护理中的应用效果及对睡眠时间的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察倾斜式卧位在新生儿溢乳和睡眠护理中的应用效果及对睡眠时间的影响。方法:选取2017年8月至2019年8月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的产妇及其娩出的新生儿104例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组52例。对照组采用常规平卧位,观察组采用倾斜式卧位,比较2组新生儿的临床效果。结果:观察组新生儿开奶时间短于对照组,新生儿睡眠时间长于对照组,体质量增长值高于对照组,新生儿溢乳发生率(7.69%)低于对照组(23.08%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在新生儿溢乳和睡眠护理中应用倾斜式卧位能够有效缩短开奶时间,降低溢乳发生率,延长新生儿睡眠时间,促进新生儿体质量增长。Objective:To investigate the effect of the tilted recumbent position on neonatal milk discharge and sleep nursing and its effect on sleep time.Methods:A total of 104 pregnant women and their newborn babies delivered in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 52 cases in each group.Results:The nursing time of newborn in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the sleep time of newborn was longer than that of the control group,the weight growth value was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence rate of neonatal milk overflow(7.69%)was lower than that of the control group(23.08%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the inclined decubitus position in the nursing of newborn milk overflow and sleep can effectively shorten the time of milk opening,reduce the incidence of milk overflow,prolong the sleep time of newborn,and promote the weight gain of newborn.
