牙痛宁滴丸和黄连上清胶囊联合米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的对比牙痛宁滴丸和黄连上清胶囊联合米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月我院收治的120例慢性牙周炎患者,随机分为牙痛宁滴丸组(牙痛宁滴丸联合米诺环素软膏治疗)和黄连上清胶囊组(黄连上清胶囊联合米诺环素软膏治疗)各60例。比较两组的临床疗效、牙周相关指标、血清炎性因子和不良反应。结果黄连上清胶囊组的治疗总有效率为92.73%,显著高于牙痛宁滴丸组的80.17%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的PLI、SBI、PD、GI、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平低于治疗前,且黄连上清胶囊组的PLI、SBI、PD、GI、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平低于牙痛宁滴丸组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论牙痛宁滴丸和黄连上清胶囊联合米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙炎均有良好的疗效,但黄连上清胶囊联合米诺环素软膏的效果优于牙痛宁滴丸联合米诺环素软膏。Objective To compare the clinical effects of Yatongning dropping pills and Huanglian Shangqing capsules combined with minocycline ointment in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods 120 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into Yatongning dropping pill group(Yatongning dropping pills combined with minocycline ointment)and Huanglian Shangqing capsule group(Huanglian Shangqing capsules combined with minocycline ointment),with 60 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,periodontal related indicators,serum inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the Huanglian Shangqing capsule group was 92.73%,significantly higher than 80.17%in the Yatongning dripping pill group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PLI,SBI,PD,GI,TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the PLI,SBI,PD,GI,TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 levels of Huanglian Shangqing capsule group were lower than those of the Yatongning dropping pill group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Both Yatongning dropping pills and Huanglian Shangqing capsules combined with minocycline ointment have good efficacy in the treatment of chronic periodontitis,but Huanglian Shangqing capsules is more effective than Yatongning dropping pills.
