摘 要:采用微波辅助合成法制备了沸石咪唑酯骨架材料-8(ZIF-8),再将ZIF-8与聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)混合制得PDMS/ZIF-8复合膜,表征了ZIF-8晶体和复合膜的结构,并测试了复合膜的热稳定性、对水的接触角和对正丁醇的溶胀度。结果表明:成功制得了正六面体结构、平均粒径为4~6μm的ZIF-8晶体;PDMS/ZIF-8复合膜表面平整、结构致密、无明显孔隙和裂纹,ZIF-8晶体在PDMS基体中的分散方式为物理填充;ZIF-8的加入提高了PDMS膜的热稳定性;随着ZIF-8含量的提高,PDMS/ZIF-8复合膜的疏水性能逐渐提高;随着交联温度的提高,PDMS/ZIF-8复合膜对正丁醇的溶胀度先增后减,透醇性能先增后减,较佳的交联温度为70℃;PDMS/ZIF-8复合膜有望应用于醇水分离领域。The zeolitic imidazolate frameworks ZIF-8 has been prepared by microwave assisted synthesis,and then ZIF-8 is compounded with polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)to prepare PDMS/ZIF-8 composite membrane.The structure of ZIF-8 crystals and composite membrane has been characterized,and the thermal stability,contact angle to water and swelling degree to n-butanol of the composite membrane has been tested.The results show that ZIF-8 crystals have been successfully prepared with hexahedral structure and average particle size of 4~6μm.PDMS/ZIF-8 composite film has smooth surface,compact structure,without obvious pores and cracks.The dispersion of ZIF-8 crystal is physical filling in PDMS.ZIF-8 improves the thermal stability of PDMS membrane.PDMS/ZIF-8 composite film gradually improves the hydrophobic property with the increase of ZIF-8.With the increase of crosslinking temperature,the swelling degree of PDMS/ZIF-8 composite membrane for n-butanol increases first and then decreases,and the alcohol permeability increases first and then decreases.The preferred crosslinking temperature is 70℃.PDMS/ZIF-8 composite membrane is expected to be applied in the field of alcohol-water separation.
