医护合作模式对提高护士专科知识及护理质量的效果观察

摘　　要：目的浅析医护合作模式对提高病区护理人员专科知识及护理质量的效果观察。方法笔者所在医院病区于2019年1—12月实施医护合作模式干预,于2018年1—12月实施常规护理模式,纳入2年内科室在职护理人员共13例作为研究对象,评价干预前后护理人员专科知识掌握评分及护理质量评分、Jefferson医护合作态度量表评分。结果实施前护士专科理论知识评分低于实施后;实施前护士专科实践能力评分低于实施后,P<0.05。实施后病房环境、服务态度、护理技术、解决问题能力评分均高于实施前,P<0.05;实施前护士医护合作态度水平高占比1例(7.69%)、医护合作态度中等占比4例(30.77%)、医护合作态度水平低占比8例(61.54%);实施后护士医护合作态度水平高占比6例(46.15%)、医护合作态度中等占比7例(53.85%)、医护合作态度水平低占比0例,实施后护士医护合作态度水平高占比高于实施前,P<0.05。结论病区实施医护合作模式可明显提高护理人员专科知识掌握评分与护理质量,提高医护合作态度水平。Objective To analyze the physician-nurse collaboration on improvements of nurse’s professional knowledge and nursing quality.Methods In our ward,physician-nurse collaboration was performed from January to December 2019;routine care was performed from January to December 2018.Within two years,13 nurses were investigated.Before and after nursing,nurse’s professional knowledge mastery degree scores,nursing quality scores and Jefferson scale of attitudes toward physician-nurse collaboration scores were evaluated.Results Before nursing,nurse’s professional knowledge mastery degree scores were lower than after nursing;before nursing,nurse’s practical skill scores were lower than after nursing(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of ward environment,service attitude,nursing technology and problem-solving ability scores were higher than before(P<0.05);before the implementation,1 case(7.69%)had a high level of nurses'cooperative attitude towards medical care,4 cases(30.77%)had a medium level of cooperative attitude towards medical care,and 8 cases(61.54%)had a low level of cooperative attitude towards medical care;After the implementation,6 cases(46.15%)had a high level of nurses'cooperative attitude,7 cases(53.85%)had a medium level of nurses'cooperative attitude,and 0 cases had a low level of nurses'cooperative attitude.After the implementation,the high level of nurses'cooperative attitude were higher than those before the implementation,P<0.05.Conclusion The physician-nurse collaboration can remarkably improve nurse’s professional knowledge mastery degree,nursing quality and physician-nurse collaboration levels.
