摘 要:目的分析WT1基因在维吾尔族成人初发急性髓系白血病(acute myelocytic leukemia,AML)患者中的表达及临床意义。方法选择医院2019年1—10月采用实时荧光定量PCR检测初诊的40例维吾尔族AML[非急性早幼粒细胞白血病(acute promyelocytic leukemia,APL)]患者,检测初发AML患者骨髓WT1拷贝数,计算WT1的表达水平,并分析WT1基因的表达关系。结果40例AML患者WT1基因表达与年龄、性别无相关性;其中高表达组的CR率、EFS率与OS率均较低表达组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过WT1的评估作用,来对白血病患者实施动态的监测,进一步对白血病病情进展因素进行研究,能够为患者制定个体化的治疗方案,该方法具有非常重要的临床意义。Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of WT1 gene in Uyghur adults with newly diagnosed acute myelocytic leukemia(AML).Methods From January to October 2019,selected 40 newly diagnosed Uyghur AML[non-APL(acute promyelocytic leukemia)]patients in our hospital to use real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR to detect,and detected the bone marrow of newly diagnosed AML patients WT1 copy number,calculated the expression level of WT1,and analyzed the expression relationship of WT1 genes.Results The expression of WT1 gene in 40 AML patients was not correlated with age and gender;the CR rate,EFS rate and OS rate of the high expression group were lower than those of the high expression group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the evaluation function of WT1,the dynamic monitoring of leukemia patients and further research on the factors of leukemia progression can make individualized treatment plans for patients.This method has very important clinical significance.
