摘　　要：建立野菜马兰中青蒿素含量的测定方法。采用Zorbax Eclipse C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(75∶25),检测波长260 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1,进样量20μL,柱温35℃,测得野菜马兰中青蒿素含量为0.285 mg/g。HPLC法操作简便,准确度高,可为马兰产品的开发提供依据。To establish a method for the determination of artemisinin in wild malan,we pressumed that artemisinin content in Malan was 0.285 mg/g using Zorbax Eclipse C18 column with methanol and water as mobile phase(75∶25),detection wavelength of 260 nm,flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,sample size of 20μL,column temperature of 35℃.HPLC method is simple and accurate,which can provide a basis for the development of Malan products.
