摘　　要：文章简要分析了推进高校职员制度改革的重要意义和背景,从岗位设置、聘任范围、岗位职责、任职条件、职员聘任、职员待遇等方面重点介绍了山东农业大学开展职员制度试点工作的主要做法,并在实践探索的基础上提出了几点建议,以期为高校职员制度改革提供有益参考。This paper briefly analyzes the significance and background of promoting the reform of staff system in colleges and universities,and mainly introduces the methods of carrying out the pilot work of staff system in Shandong Agricultural University from the aspects of position setting-up,appointment scope,postion responsibilitie,position requirement,staff appointment and staff treatment,and puts forward some suggestions on the basis of practical exploration,in order to provide a useful reference for the reform of staff system in colleges and universities.
