摘　　要：封边是板式家具生产中出现质量问题最多的工序之一,封边质量直接决定了板式家具的整体品质。本文总结分析了板式家具封边工序常见的质量问题及其主要影响因素,并从人员、设备、原材料、工艺以及环境等方面提出了质量控制措施。Edge sealing is one of the most problematic processes in the production of panel furniture,and the quality of edge seal⁃ing directly determines the overall quality of panel furniture.This paper summarizes and analyzes the main quality problems in the edge sealing process of panel furniture and their causes,and summarizes and proposes quality control measures from personnel,ma⁃chines,raw materials,methods and environment.
