摘  要:为研究均匀温度荷载与不均匀温度荷载对连续梁桥上无砟轨道无缝线路纵向力和线路几何形位的影响,基于梁轨作用原理和有限元法,建立连续梁桥上CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道空间耦合模型,分析在桥梁整体升温与不均匀温度荷载作用下无缝线路的变形,并对比2种温度荷载对无缝线路几何形位的影响。研究结果表明:整体升温与不均匀温度荷载作用下无缝线路受力与变形结果差异明显,两者间的钢轨横垂向位移的差异随阴阳面温差荷载增大而增大,主要影响轨道高低不平顺与水平偏差;连续梁上的钢轨水平偏差,轨距偏差和轨向偏差比线路两端简支梁要大,连续梁部分的高低偏差比简支梁要小;当桥梁阴阳面温差荷载最大时,连续梁两端出现高低偏差最大负值,最大值为−3.475 mm,大于其限值±2 mm,当连续梁跨度超过135 m时桥梁变形限值超出设计规范规定变形限值;在高速铁路桥上无缝线路设计时,应考虑桥梁不均匀温度荷载作用对轨道几何形位的影响,特别注意其对高低不平顺的影响。This paper investigated the influence of uniform temperature load and uneven temperature load on the longitudinal force and geometric shape of Continuous Welded Rail(CWR)on continuous beam bridge.Based on the beam rail interaction principle and the finite element method,the spatial coupling model of continuous beam CRTSⅢslab ballastless track continuous welded rail was established.The deformation of CWR was discussed under the overall temperature rise and non-uniform temperature load of the bridge.The influence of the two temperature loads on the geometry of seamless lines wascompared.Research results are drawn as follows.The results of stress and deformation of CWR under two kinds of temperature loads are obviously different.With the increase of the temperature difference load between sunny side and shady side,the difference of rail transverse and vertical displacement between them is greater,mainly affecting the height deviation and horizontal deviation of the track.The deviation of rail level,gauge and direction on the continuous beam is larger than that of the simply supported beam at both ends,what’s more,the deviation of height of continuous beam is smaller than that of simply supported beam.When the difference temperature load between sunny side and shady side of the bridge is maximum,the maximum negative value of the deviation between height and height appears at both ends of the continuous beam,and the maximum positive value is-3.475 mm,which is larger than the corresponding limit value±2 mm.The deformation limit of the bridge exceeds the deformation limit specified in the design specification when the span of the continuous beam exceeds 135 m.When designing CWR on a high-speed railway bridge,the influence of uneven temperature load on track geometry should be considered,especially the influence of uneven temperature load on height irregularity.
