循证理念的关键环节人文护理在日间手术患儿及其照护者的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于循证理念的关键环节人文护理在日间手术患儿及其照护者中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样方法,选择2020年6月—8月本院收治的80例日间手术患儿及其主要照护者设为对照组,选择2020年9月—10月本院收治的80例日间手术患儿及其主要照护者设为观察组。对照组采用一般人文护理方案;观察组采用的是基于循证理念的关键环节人文护理策略,即在查阅文献及总结日间手术室护理工作的基础上,在当日日间手术取消或延长、患儿哭闹性分离或不配合、健康宣教答疑等关键环节均采用针对有效的人文护理措施。比较两组患儿的护理结局(患儿依从性、患儿分离性焦虑程度、患儿照护者出院准备度)。结果观察组患儿的治疗依从性高于对照组、分离性焦虑低于对照组,其照护者出院准备度高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于循证理念的关键环节人文护理可减少其分离性焦虑程度,提高日间手术患儿的治疗依从性,提高患儿及其家长的出院准备度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based key-moment humanistic care for children undergoing day-surgery and their parents.Methods The convenient sampling method was used to select 80 children undergoing surgeries together with their parents between June and August 2020 as the control group.Another 80 children and the parents were selected between September and October 2020 as group.The control group was offered with routine humanistic care.The group received with the evidence-based key-moment humanistic care with the incidences of cancelation or delay of a scheduled surgery,children crying for separated from parents or refusal to collaborate,and health education,etc.The two groups were compared with the outcomes of care including children’s compliance,children’anxiety and their parents’readiness to go home.Results In the trial group,in comparison with the control group,the children’s compliance was significantly higher,the children’anxiety was significantly lower,and the parents readiness to go home was significantly higher.Conclusion The evidence-based key-moment humanistic nursing is conducive to alleviation of anxiety and improvement of the compliance of children undergoing day-surgery as well as the parents readiness to go home.
