摘 要:目的:研究水平位埋伏阻生上颌中切牙正畸牵引治疗的效果。方法:选择单侧水平位埋伏阻生上颌中切牙作为研究组,以对侧同名牙及垂直位埋伏阻生上颌中切牙作为对照组。利用CBCT测量分析三组牙根及牙槽骨的相关研究指标。结果:治疗结束时,水平组牙根长、牙体表面积较对照组小,唇侧牙槽骨高度大于正常组、厚度小于正常组(P<0.05)。结论:替牙期牵引治疗促进水平位埋伏阻生上颌中切牙牙根生长发育及唇侧牙槽骨的改建,但仍达不到正常牙水平。Objective:To evaluate the effects of orthodontic treatment of the horizontally impacted maxillary central incisors.Methods:The children with unilateral horizontally impacted maxillary central incisor were selected as the study group,those with homonym ones or vertically impacted ones served as the control groups.CBCT was used to measure and analyse the root and alveolar bone of the subjects.Results:After the orthodontic treatment,the root length and the surface area of the study group were lower than those of the control groups,the height of labial alveolar bone was greater than that in the normal control group and the thickness of labial alveolar bone was thinner than that of normal control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The orthodontic treatment of the horizontally impacted maxillary central incisors in the children with mixed dentition can promote the root development and the reconstruction of the labial alveolar bone of the teeth,but the effects are still insufficient compared with the development of normal teeth.
