摘  要:新文科建设背景下,地方院校人才培养既要符合国家社会发展和地方经济社会需求,又要克服同质化倾向,突出特色,强调学科间的交叉和融合。社会工作专业在课程体系建设中,积极回应社会需求,科学定位人才培养目标,建构职业素养培育课程模块、创设实务能力提升课程模块、突出专业特色培养方向课程模块、增设专业融合创新课程模块,培养多元化、复合型新文科社会工作专业人才。Under the background of new liberal arts construction,the talent training of local colleges and universities should not only meet the requirements of national development and local economic and social needs,but also avoid the tendency of homogenization,highlight the characteristics,and emphasize the interdisciplinary research and integration of different subjects.In the course system construction,social work specialty actively responds to the social needs,and scientifically locates the talent training objectives.The team constructs the curriculum system of professional quality cultivation module,practical ability enhancement module,the professional characteristic training module,and professional integration and innovation curriculum module,so as to cultivate diversified,innovative and compound professionals for liberal arts social work.
