摘　　要：通过调查河南省在制冷行业ODS(消耗臭氧层物质)的生产、销售、使用、回收和销毁情况,分析了其原因,提出了几点建议,为制定和落实河南省ODS使用的申报登记制度和监督管理制度积累基础资料,为开发和利用ODS替代技术和替代品奠定良好基础。Based on the investigation of the production,sale,use,recovery and destruction of ODS(ozone depleting substances)in the refrigeration industry of Henan Province,this paper analyzes the causes and puts forward some suggestions,which will accumulate basic information for the formulation and implementation of the declaration and registration system and supervision and management system for the use of ODS in Henan Province,so as to lay a good foundation for the development and utilization of ODS alternative technologies and substitutes.
