摘　　要：目的评价第二线粒体源性Caspases激活因子(Smac、Survivin、Bax和Bcl-2蛋白)与非小细胞肺癌术后辅助化疗患者预后转归和生存期限的相关性。方法选取2015年6月至2017年10月我院治疗的70例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,正常肺部组织为由疑似肺癌患者经皮穿刺肺活检法取得并经病理分析无异常的组织。术后辅助化疗采用DP方案。Western Blot法检测Smac、Survivin、Bax和Bcl-2蛋白表达量;采用Kaplan-Meier法计算患者3年生存率。结果不同TNM分期患者的Smac蛋白表达情况比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Cox多因素回归模型分析结果显示,Smac蛋白表达情况为影响非小细胞肺癌患者预后的独立指标(P<0.05)。Western Blot结果显示,与正常肺部组织相比,非小细胞肺癌组织中的Smac、Bax蛋白表达量降低,Caspase 9、Bcl-2蛋白表达量升高(P<0.01)。结论第二线粒体源性Caspases激活因子(Smac、Survivin、Bax和Bcl-2蛋白)可作为非小细胞肺癌术后辅助化疗患者预后转归和生存期限的评估标志。Objective To evaluate the correlation between the second mitochondria-derived Caspases activators(Smac,Survivin,Bax and Bcl-2)and the prognosis and survival time of patients with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 70 patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital from June 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects.Normal lung tissues were obtained by percutaneous biopsy of suspected lung cancer patients,and no abnormal tissues were analyzed by pathology.DP regimen was used for postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy.The expressions of Smac,Survivin,Bax and Bcl-2 proteins were detected by Western Blot;the 3-year survival rate was calculated by Kaplan-Meier method.Results The expression of Smac protein in patients with different TNM stages was statistically significant(P<0.01).Cox multivariate regression analysis result showed that the expression of Smac protein was an independent index affecting the prognosis of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(P<0.05).Western Blot showed that,compared with normal lung tissues,the expressions of Smac and Bax proteins in non-small cell lung cancer tissues decreased,while the expressions of Caspase 9 and Bcl-2 protein increased(P<0.01).Conclusion The second mitochondria-derived Caspases activators(Smac,Survivin,Bax and Bcl-2)can be used as markers to evaluate the prognosis and survival time of patients with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer.
