乳腺癌VTIQ技术参数与HER2表达、血清CA153水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析乳腺癌患者声触诊组织成像定量(VTIQ)技术参数与人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)、血清糖类抗原153(CA153)水平的相关性。方法选取80例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,同期选取53例乳腺良性病灶患者作为对照组,所有患者行常规超声及VTIQ检查,检测HER2、血清CA153水平,采用Pearson法分析VTIQ技术参数与血清CA153的相关性。结果不同乳腺癌分期的SWV均值及CA153水平高于乳腺良性病灶,且随着乳腺癌分期的升高,SWV均值及CA153水平逐渐升高(P<0.05);乳腺癌Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的HER2阳性表达率高于乳腺癌Ⅰ+Ⅱ期及乳腺良性病灶(P<0.05)。HER2阳性表达乳腺癌患者的SWV均值高于HER2阴性表达乳腺癌患者(P<0.05)。乳腺癌患者的SWV均值与血清CA153水平呈正相关(r=0.486,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者的SWV均值与HER2、CA153表达水平有关,可能为乳腺癌患者诊断和个体化治疗提供新思路。Objective To analyze the correlation between the technical parameters of virtual touch tissue imaging quantification(VTIQ)and the levels of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)and serum carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)in breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with breast cancer were selected as the research objects,and 53 patients with benign breast lesions at the same time were selected as control group.All patients underwent routine ultrasound and VTIQ examination,and the levels of HER2 and serum CA153 were detected.The correlation between the technical parameters of VTIQ and serum CA153 was analyzed by Pearson.Results The mean SWV and CA153 level of different stages of breast cancer were higher than those of benign breast lesions,and with the increase of stage of breast cancer,the mean SWV and CA153 level increased gradually(P<0.05);the positive expression rates of HER2 in stageⅢandⅣof breast cancer were higher than those in breast cancer stageⅠ+Ⅱand benign breast lesions(P<0.05).The mean SWV of breast cancer patients with positive HER2 was higher than that of patients with negative HER2(P<0.05).The mean SWV of breast cancer patients was positively correlated with serum CA153 level(r=0.486,P<0.05).Conclusion The SWV mean of breast cancer patients is related to the expression level of HER2 and CA153,it may provide new ideas for diagnosis and individualized treatment of breast cancer patients.
