摘 要:目的探讨以问题为基础的学习(PBL)联合微信教学模式在风湿免疫科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月在本院风湿免疫科进行规培的48名硕士研究生作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组24例。试验组采用PBL联合微信的教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。比较两组的教学效果。结果试验组的理论考核、技能操作、病例分析评分及教学效果满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合微信教学模式用于风湿免疫科住院医师规培中,能有效提高其学习成绩及自主学习能力,培养学生综合素质,提升教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with WeChat teaching mode on standardized training of residents in the rheumatology and immunology department.Methods A total of 48 postgraduate who received standardized training in the rheumatology and immunology department of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The students were divided into experimental group and control group by random number method,with 24 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted PBL combined with WeChat teaching mode,while the control group adopted traditional teaching mode.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical assessment,skill operation,case analysis scores and teaching effect satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with WeChat teaching mode applied in the standardized training of residents in the rheumatism and immunology department can effectively improve the academic performance and autonomous learning ability,cultivate comprehensive quality and improve teaching quality.
