摘 要:目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间线上教学在胸外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法以2020年3月至6月在胸外科接受线上教学的60名临床医学专业本科生为试验组,以2021年3月至6月在胸外科接受线下教学的60名临床医学专业本科生为对照组。临床教学结束后,采用理论测试、临床诊疗思维能力考核、问卷调查的方式评价两组的教学效果。结果试验组的平均理论测试成绩为(73.6±12.0)分,低于对照组的(75.0±11.7)分,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的临床诊疗思维能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组对教学的满意度、对教学内容的掌握评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组的学习兴趣、学习主动性、师生交流评分高于对照组,学习自律性评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间的线上教学使临床教学工作得以顺利完成,在完成了教学目标的同时保证了教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of online teaching in clinical teaching of thoracic surgery department during the epidemic period of corona virus disease 2019.Methods Sixty clinical medical undergraduates who received online teaching in thoracic surgery department from March to June 2020 were selected as experimental group,and sixty clinical medical undergraduates who received offline teaching in thoracic surgery department from March to June 2021 were selected as control group.After the clinical teaching,the teaching effects of the two groups were evaluated by means of theoretical test,clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking ability assessment and questionnaire survey.Results The average theoretical test score of the experimental group was(73.6±12.0),which was lower than(75.0±11.7)of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking ability between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of teaching satisfaction and mastery of teaching content between the two groups(P>0.05);the scores of learning interest,learning initiative and teacher-student communication in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,but the score of learning autonomy was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Online teaching during the epidemic period of corona virus disease 2019 has successfully completed the clinical teaching work,and has achieved the teaching goal while ensuring the quality of teaching.
