摘  要:随着经济发展和科技水平的提高,我国仓房储粮性能不断优化,尤其是四项储粮新技术的推广,大大降低了储粮成本,也减轻了保管员的工作强度。但通风、气调死角的问题一直困扰着保管员,影响储粮安全。本文通过在散装仓死角处增设环流竖管,解决通风、气调过程中可能出现死角的问题,优化通风和气调作业,提高储粮技术应用效果。With the development of economy and the advancement of technology,the efficiency of grain storage in China’s warehouses has been improving.Particularly,the promotion of four new grain storage technologies has greatly reduced the cost of grain storage and also reduced the work intensity of custodians.However,the problem of ventilation and air conditioning dead space has been plagued by the custodian,affecting the safety of grain storage.In this paper,we solve the problem of possible dead ends in the process of ventilation and air conditioning by installing additional circulation standpipe at the dead ends of bulk bins to optimize ventilation and air conditioning operations and improve the application of grain storage technology.
