摘　　要：目的探究传统治疗和生物制剂对克罗恩病患者生存质量的影响。方法选取2017年12月至2018年6月中山大学附属第六医院炎症性肠病专科门诊及消化内科收治的克罗恩病患者222例,根据治疗方法的不同分为传统治疗组(n=118)和生物制剂治疗组(n=104)。采用问卷调查的方式,比较两组患者治疗前后生存质量。结果治疗52周后,两组IBDQ评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义。治疗52周后,两组缓解期和轻度活动期IBDQ评分比较差异无统计学意义;生物制剂组中度活动期IBDQ评分均高于传统治疗组(P<0.05)。结论传统治疗和生物制剂治疗克罗恩病均能明显提升患者的生存质量,其中生物制剂治疗对中度活动期患者的效果更佳,值得临床推广运用。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional therapy and biological agents on the quality of life of patients with Crohn's disease.Methods 222 patients with Crohn's disease who were admitted to the Outpatient Department of Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Gastroenterology Department of the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from December 2017 to June 2018 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into traditional treatment group(n=118)and biological treatment group(n=104).Questionnaire survey was used to compare the quality of life before and after treatment.Results After 52 weeks of treatment,IBDQ scores in both groups were higher than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.After 52 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in IBDQ scores between the two groups in remission period and mildly active period.The IBDQ scores of patients of moderate active period in the biologics group were higher than those in the traditional treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both traditional therapy and biologics can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with Crohn's disease,and the effect of biologics is better for patients with moderate active period,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
