摘　　要：为研判我国咖啡产业竞争力,指导产业发展,本文对2020年我国咖啡的生产和贸易数据及消费形势等进行了分析。2019年(2019/2020产季)我国咖啡种植面积9.35万hm2,较上年下降23.77%;咖啡产量14.55万t,较上年增长5.51%;农业产值22.37亿元,较上年增长9.50%;其中,云南省咖啡种植面积、产量和农业产值分别占全国的98.93%、99.66%和99.60%。2020年我国咖啡及制品出口5.81万t,较上年下降25.33%;出口金额1.90亿美元,较上年下降10.80%;咖啡及制品进口数量11.08万t,较上年增长7.26%;进口金额5.45亿美元,较上年增长21.11%。咖啡消费量20.10万t,较上年增长2.92%;2010—2020年我国咖啡消费增长率为14.91%,为全球平均消费增长率(2.14%)的近7倍,中国咖啡消费增长势头强劲。In order to study the competitiveness of China's coffee industry and provide guidance and basis for the industrial development,the article analyzed the production,trade data and consumption situation of China's coffee in 2020.In 2019,the coffee cultibated area of China was 93,500 hm2,down by 23.77%compared with the previous year.The output of coffee was 145,500,up 5.51%over the previous year.Agricultural output value reached 2.237 billion yuan,up 9.50%over the previous year.The coffee cultibated area,output and agricultural output value in Yunnan Province accounted for 98.93%,99.66%and 99.59%in China,respectively.In 2020,China exported 58,100 tons of coffee and products,down 25.33%from the previous year.Exports amounted to US$190 million,down 10.80%from the previous year.The import volume of coffee and products was 110,800,up 7.26%over the previous year.Imports amounted to US$545 million,up 21.11%over the previous year.The consumption of coffee was 201,000,with an increase of 2.92%over the previous year.From 2010 to 2020,the growth rate of coffee consumption in China was 14.91%,which was nearly 7 times that of the global average consumption growth rate of 2.14%.The growth momentum of coffee consumption in China was very strong.
