摘　　要：在当今社会现代化、智能化形势下,干部人事电子档案建设工作是一项必须开展的重要工作。本文主要从干部人事电子档案建设的必要性、价值实现、有效利用三个方面进行分析,探讨高校干部人事电子档案发展的路径。In today's social modernization and intelligence situation,the construction of cadres and personnel electronic files is an important work that must be carried out.This article mainly analyzes the necessity,value realization,and effective use of the construction of electronic cadres and personnel files,and discusses the development path of electronic cadres and personnel files in colleges and universities.
