摘  要:评价是教育的重要环节,良好的测评工具是有效开展评价工作的重要保障。社会情感教育领域的研究者在测评工具的开发与应用方面取得了丰硕的研究成果。社会情感能力测评综合使用以下5种测评工具开展测评:量表、直接行为观察法、投射表达技术、访谈与社会计量法。我国在开展中小学生品德测评过程中,应进一步完善品德测评体系,关注测评工具的研发与推广,并通过提升教师的品德测评素养,让教师能够灵活运用多种测评工具开展有效的中小学生品德测评。Evaluation is an important part of education.Good evaluation tools are very important for effective evaluation.Re⁃searchers in the field of social and emotional education have achieved fruitful research results in the development and application of assessment tools.Social and emotional competence is assessed through a combination of the following five tools:rating scales,direct behavioral observation,projective-expressive techniques,interviews,and sociometric approaches.In the process of moral evaluation of primary and middle school students in China,we should improve the moral evaluation system,pay attention to the development and promotion of assessment tools,and help teachers flexibly use various assessment tools to carry out effective mor⁃al assessment of primary and middle school students by improving teachers’moral assessment competence.
