摘　　要：本文探究猴头菌-人参发酵菌质颗粒剂的制备工艺,为后期相关产品开发及应用提供前期基础。以猴头菌(Hericium erinaceus)为发酵菌种,人参为药性基质进行双向固体发酵;以发酵菌质为原材料,进行发酵菌质颗粒剂的制备工艺研究。通过对麦芽糊精、淀粉和甘露醇等单一辅料进行筛选,得到最适辅料进行复合辅料的筛选。以成型率、堆密度、休止角、溶化率和吸湿率为评定指标评判颗粒剂工艺的稳定性,并通过最后综合得分确定最佳处方配比。结果显示,当浸膏、乳糖、淀粉按1:2:1比例时为最佳制粒工艺配方,此条件下颗粒大小均一,成型率高,且颗粒均匀不黏连,溶化速度快,溶液稳定。本文成功筛选出猴头菇-人参发酵菌质颗粒剂的的制备工艺,且工艺稳定可靠。To explore the preparation process of Hericium erinaceus-Panax ginseng fermented fungal granule,providing a preliminary basis for the development and application of related products in the later period.Two-way solid fermentation was carried out with Hericium erinaceus as the fermentation strain and Panax ginseng as the medicinal substrate;The fermentation fungal substance was used as the raw material to study the preparation process of the fermentation fungal substance granules.Through the screening of single excipients such as maltodextrin,starch,mannitol,etc.,the most suitable excipients are obtained for screening of composite excipients.The stability of the granule process is judged by the evaluation indexes of forming rate,bulk density,angle of repose,melting rate,and moisture absorption rate,and the best prescription ratio is determined through the final comprehensive score.The result shows that when the proportion of excipients is the ratio of extract,lactose and starch is 1:2:1,it is the best granulation process formula.Under this condition,the particle size is uniform,the forming rate is high,and the particles are uniform without adhesion,and the melting speed is fast and stable.This article successfully screened the preparation process of Hericium erinaceus-Panax ginseng fermentation granular granules,and the process is stable and reliable.
