摘 要:基于预应力钢绞线向2000 MPa级高强度发展的要求,开展了配套的高强度预应力锚固体系的设计、有限元计算和试验研究。结果表明:通过采用合理的材料、结构形式和结构尺寸,高强度锚板的残余变形挠跨比小于1/1000,von Mises应力小于500 MPa;钢锚垫板锚固区传力构件的计算裂缝宽度和强度满足规范要求,夹片和锚板的硬度试验、静载锚固性能试验、疲劳性能试验、锚板强度试验等均满足规范限值。钢锚垫板锚固区传力性能试验中,0.8F_(ptk)(F_(ptk)为锚垫板设计荷载)作用下传力构件混凝土裂缝宽度不大于0.14 mm,1.2F_(ptk)作用下传力构件未破坏、钢锚垫板未开裂。Based on the requirements of the development of 2000 MPa high-strength prestressed steel strand,the design,finite element calculation and experimental research of supporting high-strength prestressed anchorage system were carried out.The results show that the residual deformation deflection span ratio of high-strength anchor plate is less than 1/1000,and the von Mises stress is less than 500 MPa by using reasonable materials,structural type and size.The calculated crack width and strength of the force transfer member in the anchorage zone of the steel anchor plate meet the specification requirements,and the hardness test,static load anchorage performance test,fatigue performance test and anchor plate strength test of the clip and anchor plate meet the specification limits.In the force transfer performance test of the anchorage zone of the steel anchor plate,the concrete crack width of the force transfer member under 0.8 F_(ptk)(F_(ptk) is the design load)is not greater than 0.14 mm,the force transfer member under 1.2 F_(ptk) is not damaged,and the steel anchor plate is not cracked.
