摘 要:针对东苕溪特大桥主桥下行线4号吊杆索力损失严重问题,制定了由系杆拱桥的两端向跨中分8批对11根吊杆索力进行调整的方案。采用MIDAS/Civil 2017建立了主桥模型,模拟分析索力调整后全桥上下行线48根吊杆索力变化情况。结果表明,索力调整后下行线4号吊杆索力可恢复至接近设计值,全桥吊杆索力分布比调整前均匀。按数值模拟的调索顺序和设计值进行施工,调整后5根吊杆索力值比数值模拟值低5.1%~7.5%,1根吊杆索力值比数值模拟值大11.6%,其余吊杆索力值相差不大。In view of the serious cable force loss of No.4 suspender on the downgoing track of the main bridge of Dongtiaoxi super large bridge,a scheme was formulated to adjust the cable force of 11 suspenders in 8 batches from both ends of the tied arch bridge to the middle span.The main bridge model was established by MIDAS/Civil 2017 to simulate and analyze the cable force changes of 48 suspenders upgoing and downgoing track the whole bridge after cable force adjustment.The results show that after the cable force adjustment,the cable force of No.4 suspender on the downgoing track can be restored to close to the design value,and the cable force distribution of the suspender of the whole bridge is more uniform than that before the adjustment.The on-site construction shall be carried out according to the cable adjustment sequence of numerical simulation and design value.After adjustment,the cable force of 5 suspenders is 5.1%~7.5%lower than the numerical simulation value,the cable force of 1 suspender is 11.6%higher than the numerical simulation value,and the cable force of other suspenders is almost the same.
