摘　　要：当前,辅导员在利用新媒体开展思想政治工作还存在思想认识不足、平台建设有差距、新媒体影响力不大、使用激励机制不健全等问题。解决这些问题,要求高校辅导员强化网络思维观念、增强新媒体使用意识;建立多维运行平台,抢占网络时代舆论阵地;提高新媒体内容生产质量,扩大辅导员网络影响力;高校要完善建设管理制度,构建有力支撑环境。At present,there are still some problems in the use of new media to carry out ideological and political work,such as insufficient ideological understanding,platform construction gap,little influence of new media,and imperfect incentive mechanism.To solve these problems,college counselors are required to strengthen the concept of network thinking and enhance the awareness of using new media,establish a multi-dimensional operation platform to seize the position of public opinion in the network era,improve the quality of new media content production,and expand the network influence of counselors.Colleges and universities should improve the construction management system and build a favorable supporting environment.
