摘  要:师资队伍问题是我国中职学校发展过程中的核心关键问题,其中教师高发的职业倦怠现象尤为引人关注。抽样调查我国七省中职学校教师职业倦怠现状并加以分析,结果显示被试所属的单位级别、年龄与其职业倦怠现象的产生呈现了正相关性,被试是否为教师岗位、现从事的岗位与所学专是否匹配、入职后是否存在再进修的情况、第一学历是否是师范院校毕业生等因素与职业倦怠水平均呈不相关性,提出研究结论,并认为中职学校教师群体的职业发展状况应受到更多地重视和关注。Team building of teachers is the core key issue in the development of secondary vocational schools in China,wherein high incidence of teacher burnout is a particularly eye-catching phenomenon.In the paper below,a sample survey of the status quo of professional burnout of teachers in secondary vocational schools in seven provinces in China was conducted,followed by an analysis showing that the level and age of the subjects to which the subjects belonged showed a positive correlation with the occurrence of burnout,but actors such as whether they are taking teaching profession,whether they are doing what they were learning,whether there is an opportunity of further education after entering the job,whether their starting degree is teaching-related,etc.are not related to the level of job burnout.The research conclusion is that the development status quo of such a group should receive more attention.
