摘  要:帕金森病(PD)是老年人群最常见的神经变性疾病之一。主要表现为不自主震颤、肌肉僵硬、动作缓慢、姿势不稳四大主征。因发病机制尚不明确、发病隐匿、治疗困难且不可逆转,成为老龄化全球背景下的临床难题。近年来,磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)因其无创式勾画神经纤维3D走形图、定量分析神经纤维束功能丧失程度等特点受到国内外许多学者的青睐,因此为神经系统神经变性疾病的诊断及治疗研究提供了新思路,并为临床进行PD早期诊断及治疗提供方法及证据,并借此提出研究新思路,为相关研究提供更多方向。Parkinson’s disease(PD)is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases in elderly.The main symptoms are involuntary tremor,muscle stiffness,slow movement,and postural instability.It has become a clinical problem in the global context of aging due to pathogenesis is not clear,insidious onset,difficult treatment and irreversible.In recent years,MRI diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)has been favored by many scholars at home and abroad because of its non-invasive 3D outline of nerve fibers and quantitative analysis of the loss of function of nerve fiber bundles.Therefore,it provides new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases of the nervous system.It also provides methods and evidence for the early diagnosis and treatment of PD in the clinic,and proposes new research ideas to provide more directions for related research.
