摘 要:采用一步低温燃烧法在300℃合成了CaCrO_(4)/Cr_(2)O_(3)复合电极材料。通过XRD、XPS和EDX对其进行相结构和纯度分析表明,CaCrO_(4)/Cr_(2)O_(3)复合电极材料的主晶格相为四方相的CaCrO4和菱方晶系的Cr2O3,仅含Ca、Cr和O元素,不含其它任何杂质元素。通过SEM观察发现,CaCrO_(4)/Cr_(2)O_(3)颗粒间出现了团聚现象。通过紫外可见分光光度计测试了CaCrO_(4)/Cr_(2)O_(3)的光学性质,其具有高的紫外可见光学吸收系数,光学带隙值为2.24eV。通过电化学工作站分析其电化学性质发现,CaCrO_(4)/Cr_(2)O_(3)在可见光辐照下具有高的电荷迁移和分离效率,是一种潜在的电极材料。CaCrO_(4)/Cr_(2)O_(3)composite electrode material was synthesized by one-step low temperature combustion method at 300℃.The analysis of phase structure and purity by XRD,XPS and EDX showed that the main lattice phase of CaCrO_(4)/Cr_(2)O_(3)composite electrode material is tetragonal CaCrO4 and rhombohombic Cr2O3,which only contains Ca,Cr and O elements,and does not contain any other impurity elements.Through SEM observation,it was found that agglomeration phenomenon appeared among CaCrO_(4)/Cr_(2)O_(3)particles.The optical properties of CaCrO_(4)/Cr_(2)O_(3)were measured by UV-Vis spectrophotometer.It has a high UV-Vis optical absorption coefficient and an optical band gap of 2.24eV.Through the analysis of its electrochemical properties by electrochemical workstation,it is found that CaCrO_(4)/Cr_(2)O_(3)has high charge transfer and separation efficiency under visible light irradiation,and is a potential electrode material.
