冷圈套联合美兰溶液黏膜下注射治疗结直肠微小息肉的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨冷圈套联合黏膜下注射美兰溶液完整切除结直肠微小型息肉的临床应用价值。方法:选取2020年3月~2021年3月在本院治疗的112例结直肠息肉切除患者,采用简单随机分组分为观察组和对照组,每组各56例。对照组患者采用冷圈套切除治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合黏膜下注射美兰溶液处理。比较两组一般资料、息肉治疗情况、并发症发生率和术后半年息肉检出率。结果:观察组手术时间为(3.46±0.48)min,长于对照组的(3.24±0.66)min(P<0.05)。观察组组织学完全切除率为89.29%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。术后半年观察组息肉检出率为1.79%,明显低于对照组的14.29%(P<0.05)。结论:冷圈套联合黏膜下注射美兰溶液治疗结直肠微小息肉可有效提升组织学完整切除率,并降低术后半年息肉检出率。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of cold snare resection combined with submucosal injection of methylene blue solution in the treatment of colorectal micro-polyps.Methods:A total of 112 patients treated in our hospital between March 2020 and March 2021 were enrolled.They were divided into the observation group and the control group using simple random grouping method,with 56 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with cold snare resection.The patients in the observation group were treated with submucosal injection of methylene blue solution in addition to cold snare resection.The general data,treatment of polyps,incidence of complications,and polyp detection rate at6 months after surgery were compared between two groups.Results:The operation time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group(3.46±0.48 vs 3.24±0.66)(P<0.05).The histological complete resection rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(89.29% vs 75.00%)(P <0.05).The polyp detection rate at 6 months after surgery was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(1.79% vs 14.29%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cold snare resection combined with submucosal injection of methylene blue solution could increase histological complete resection rate,and decrease polyp detection rate at 6 months after surgery.
