摘　　要：目的:了解大学生近视患病率情况,为高校相关部门开展大学生视力保健和近视防控工作提供参考。方法:采取整体抽样法对我校大二至大四学生体检视力和近视情况进行分析。采用卡方检验方法对视力检测结果进行统计学分析。结果:2016~2018级学生视力不良检出率分别为88.02%、86.32%和86.89%。2016级学生视力不良率略高于2017级学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男、女生视力不良检出率分别为86.78%和87.40%,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。重度视力不良检出率达67.96%,在年级和性别上均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。理工、文科、艺术和体育类专业学生视力不良检出率分别为88.42%、88.48%、76.98%和64.10%,理工类与文科类差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),理工类学生视力不良检出率均高于艺术类和体育类(均P<0.05)。结论:我校本科生视力情况不容乐观,应该采取积极有效的措施防止近视加重和新发,提高学生的视力健康水平。Objective:To investigate the prevalence of myopia among college students,and provide scientific reference for relevant departments of colleges to carry out vision care and myopia prevention treatment in undergraduates.Methods:The overall sampling method was adopted to analyze the visual acuity and the myopia degree of sophomores to seniors in our university.The data of visual acuity in undergraduates were evaluated using chi-square test.Results:The detection rate of poor vision in grade 2016,grade 2017 and grade2018 were 88.02%,86.32%and 86.89%,respectively.The detection rate of poor vision in grade 2016 was slightly higher than that in grade 2017(P<0.05).The detection rate of poor vision among male and female students were 86.78%and 87.40%,respectively,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).The detection rate of high myopia was 67.96%,and there was no statistical difference in gender and grade(both P>0.05).The rate of poor eyesight in the major of science and engineering,liberal arts,art and physical education were 88.42%,88.48%,76.98%and 64.10%,respectively.There was no significant difference in detection rate of poor vision between students in the major of science and engineering and the major of liberal arts(P>0.05).The detection rate of poor vision in the major of science and engineering were both higher than that of the art and the physical education(both P<0.05).Conclusion:The vision condition of undergraduates in our university is not optimistic,which suggests it is necessary to take effective measures to prevent aggravation and new occurrence of myopia,so as to improve the visual health level of college students.
