摘　　要：针对当前西藏旅游高质量本科人才供求在“数量”和“结构”上的双重失调矛盾以及“旅游市场高质量人才匮乏”与“旅游管理专业学生低市场化就业率”并行存在的现实矛盾,基于行动研究法,系统性地梳理并提出了“以创新实践教学”为突破口,以“高质量实践活动理论体系、高质量实践活动体系、高质量实践平台”为主要内容的西藏旅游高质量人才培养体系构建方案。同时,以西藏民族大学旅游管理专业的创新实践教学活动为例,验证、丰富和完善了该方案,总结了民族高等院校旅游管理专业创新实践教学中高质量人才的培养规律,为西藏旅游高质量人才的培养提供了理论依据与现实路径。Based on the action research method,this paper systematically combs and puts forward the construction scheme of the training system of high-quality tourism talents in Xizang Autonomous Region.As a breakthrough point of the innovation practice teaching,this paper builds a three-aspects content system which includes the high quality practice activity theory system,the high quality practice activity system and the high quality practice platform.Moreover,taking a case on the innovative practice teaching activities of Tourism Management Major in Xizang Minzu University,this paper verifies,enriches and improves the above scheme,and summarizes the training rules of high-quality talents in the innovative practice teaching of tourism management professionals in colleges and universities for Nationalities.The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis and practical path for the cultivation of high-quality tourism talents in Xizang Autonomous Region.
