摘  要:为探索基于冠层数码图像测算马铃薯群体叶面积方法的可行性及准确性。本研究采用拍摄技术与图像处理技术相结合的方法,对比分析了马铃薯冠层投影面积与叶片系数法、叶片图像法所获马铃薯群体叶面积之间的定量关系。结果表明:马铃薯冠层投影面积(x)与叶片图像法所测株体叶面积(y)间存在极显著的二次项型正相关关系,?=-0.001x2+7.620x–2827,R2=0.901。该冠层图像法株体叶面积测算模型在马铃薯块茎形成期至块茎膨大前期偏差较小,块茎膨大前期精度最高;在苗期与块茎膨大后期偏差较大。基于冠层图像进行马铃薯群体叶面积的快速、无损测算,具有可行性。In order to explore the feasibility and accuracy of the method for measuring the leaf area of potato population based on digital canopy images, a combination of shooting technology and image processing technology was used to compare and analyze the quantitative relationship between the projected area of the potato canopy and the leaf area of the potato population obtained by the leaf coefficient method and the leaf image method. The results showed that there was a very significant quadratic positive correlation between the potato canopy projection area(x) and the plant leaf area(y) measured by the leaf image method: ? = –0.001 x2 +7.620 x – 2 827, R2= 0.901. The canopy image method of plant leaf area estimation model had a small deviation from the potato tuber formation stage to the early stage of tuber enlargement, and the highest accuracy was observed in the early stage of tuber enlargement;the deviation was larger during the seedling stage and the later stage of tuber enlargement. This method of nondestructive and fast measurement of potato population leaf area based on canopy images is feasible.
