摘　　要：为研究企业创新动力机制及其演化路径,文章以动态演化理论为基础,选择南京市药石科技股份有限公司作为案例研究对象,通过分阶段探讨企业创新动力演化的阶段特性、演化过程,归纳出企业演化路径模型。案例研究结果表明:企业创新是内外部因素相辅相成、相互作用的结果,创新动力机制存在一定的演化路径,根据企业发展阶段从技术创新演变为机制创新和协同创新,创新驱动力也从外生驱动转变为内生驱动和协同驱动。因此,要培育企业创新意识,优化创新资源配置,选择合理的创新模式以激发企业创新的内驱力;树立“开放型”创新理念,提升政策扶持精准性,优化创新文化“软环境”以提升创新拉动力,增强企业创新能力。In order to study the mechanism and evolutionary path of enterprise innovation,this paper selects PharmaBlock Sciences as the case study object,discusses the characteristics and evolution process of enterprise innovation motivation evolution by stages based on the dynamic evolution theory,so as to summarize the path model of enterprise evolution.The case study indicates that enterprise innovation is the result of the interaction of internal and external factors,and there is a certain evolution path existing in innovation-driven mechanism.According to the development stage of enterprises,technological innovation has evolved into mechanism innovation and collaborative innovation.Moreover,the driving force of innovation has also changed from exogenous driving force to endogenous driving force and collaborative driving force.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate the enterprise innovation consciousness,optimize the allocation of innovation resources,and select a rational innovation mode to stimulate the internal driving force of enterprise innovation,foster an“open”concept of innovation,improve the precision of policy support,optimize the“soft environment”of innovation culture to enhance the driving force of innovation and strengthen enterprises’capacity for innovation.
