摘  要:文章旨在研究用5%花椒籽替代基础饲粮中玉米,对生长育肥猪小肠组织形态的影响,探究花椒籽作为新型饲料来源对育肥猪生长发育的影响。试验选取144头90日龄、体重33 kg的健康杜×长×大杂交猪,随机分为2组,每组72头猪,以饲喂添加5%花椒籽替代基础饲粮中玉米作为试验组,以饲喂基础饲粮为对照组,试验结束后,采集对照组和试验组的生长育肥猪的小肠组织(十二指肠、空肠和回肠)放置于10%多聚甲醛液中固定,对两组生长育肥猪的十二指肠、空肠和回肠的组织进行苏木精-伊红染色(HE染色)并测量分析,分别检测了猪只各小肠组织(回肠、空肠和十二指肠)的绒毛高度、隐窝深度、绒毛宽度和肠壁厚度四个指标,对其进行SPSS单因素分析和独立样本t检验分析,结果表明:花椒籽可以显著增加回肠和空肠的绒毛高度和绒毛宽度(P<0.05),降低隐窝深度,从而增强生长育肥猪的消化吸收能力,促进其生长发育。The purpose of this project is to study the effect of 5%Chinese prickly ash seeds(Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds)replacing corn in basic diet on the small intestine tissue morphology of fattening pigs,and explore the effect of Chinese prickly ash seeds as a new feed source on the growth and development of fattening pigs.A total of 144 healthy Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire hybrid pigs with 90 days old and body weight of 33 kg,were randomly divided into two groups,72 pigs in each group;The experiment group was fed with 5%Chinese prickly ash seeds instead of corn in the basic diet,and the control group was fed with basic diet.At the end of the experiment,the small intestine tissues(duodenum,jejunum and ileum)of the control group and the fattening pigs fed with 5%Chinese prickly ash seeds were collected and fi xed in 10%paraformaldehyde solution.The tissues of duodenum,jejunum and ileum of the two groups of fattening pigs were stained with Hematoxylin-eosion(He staining)and measured,respectively to detect four indexes of villus height,crypt depth,villus width and intestinal wall thickness in the small intestine tissues(duodenum,jejunum and ileum),and SPSS univariate analysis and independent sample t test were performed.The results showed that Chinese prickly ash seeds could significantly increase the villus height and villus width of ileum and jejunum(P<0.05),and reduce the crypt depth,so as to enhance the digestion and absorption capacity of fattening pigs and promote their growth and development.
