云南省ICU护士谵妄相关知识和实践现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨云南省重症监护室(ICU)护士谵妄相关知识和实践现状,分析其影响因素。方法:翻译约旦学者Hamdan的问卷《ICU护士谵妄相关知识和实践水平问卷》,对云南省217名ICU护士进行问卷调查,统计参与者的人口统计学资料,并进行单因素分析与Logistic回归分析。结果:ICU护士谵妄相关知识得分为(43.85±5.87)分,实践现状得分为(70.76±6.24)分,得分整体偏低;单因素分析显示,本科及以上学历、工作年限超过10年、主管或主任护师职称、经过培训与有规范化管理体系的ICU护士谵妄相关知识得分与实践现状得分明显更高(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,学历、工作年限、是否经过培训、是否有规范化管理体系是影响云南省ICU护士谵妄相关知识和实践现状的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:云南省ICU护士谵妄相关知识和实践现状水平较低,且受学历低、工作年限短、未经过相关培训和无规范化管理体系等因素影响,应进行针对性干预。Objective:To explore the status quo of delirium related knowledge and practice among nurses in intensive care unit (ICU) in Yunnan Province,and analyze its influencing factors.Method:A total of 217 ICU nurses in Yunnan Province were investigated by translating Jordan scholar Hamdan’s questionnaire ICU Nurses Delirium Related Knowledge and Practice Level Questionnaire.The demographic data of the participants were counted,and perform univariate and Logistic regression were analyzed.Result:The score of delirium related knowledge of ICU nurses was (43.85±5.87) points,and the score of practice status was (70.76±6.24) points.Univariate analysis showed that the scores of delirium related knowledge and practice status of ICU nurses with bachelor degree or above,working years more than 10 years,professional title of supervisor or chief nurse,training and standardized management system were significantly higher (P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that educational background,working years,training and standardized management system were independent risk factors for delirium related knowledge and practice of ICU nurses in Yunnan Province (P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of delirium related knowledge and practice of ICU nurses in Yunnan Province is low,and it is affected by low educational background,short working years,no relevant training and no standardized management system,and targeted interventions should be made.
