摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿淋巴管瘤超声征象及临床诊断价值。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年12月在福建省妇幼保健院住院穿刺或手术病理证实的57例淋巴管瘤患者,观察超声显示病灶部位、大小、形态、边界、内部回声、后方回声及血流信号等征象,对其进行超声分类并记录诊断结果。结果:57例患者共67个病灶,51例为单发,6例为多发。术前超声确诊淋巴管瘤43例(75.44%),误诊5例(8.77%),未定性9例(15.79%)。根据超声特征将淋巴管瘤分为单房囊性型(5例)、多房囊性型(35例)、囊实性型(11例)、实性型(6例),超声确诊率分别约80.00%(4/5)、88.57%(31/35)、72.72%(8/11)、0(0/6)。结论:高频超声对小儿淋巴管瘤具有较高诊断效能,对于特殊部位及类型,需提高认识,为临床诊治提供依据。Objective:To investigate the ultrasonographic features and clinical diagnostic value of lymphangioma in children.Method:A total of 57 patients with lymphangioma confirmed by puncture or surgical pathology in Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected.The lesion location,size,shape,boundary,internal echo,posterior echo,blood flow signal and other signs were observed by ultrasound.Ultrasound classification was performed and the diagnosis results were recorded.Result:There were 67 lesions in 57 patients,51 cases were single lesions and 6 cases were multiple lesions.Preoperative ultrasonography confirmed lymphangioma in 43 cases(75.44%),misdiagnosed in 5 cases(8.77%)and undiagnosed in 9 cases(15.79%).According to the ultrasonographic characteristics,lymphangioma was divided into single locular cystic type(5 cases),multi-locular cystic type(35 cases),cystic solid type(11 cases)and solid type(6 cases).The ultrasonographic diagnosis rate was about 80.00%(4/5),88.57%(31/35),72.72%(8/11)and 0(0/6),respectively.Conclusion:High-frequency ultrasound has a high diagnostic efficiency for children’s lymphangioma.For special sites and types,it is necessary to improve the understanding to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
