豨莶通栓胶囊联合西医对脑卒中痉挛性瘫痪患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨豨莶通栓胶囊联合西医对脑卒中痉挛性瘫痪患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年10月笔者所在医院收治的脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪患者,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组和观察组,各75例。两组均给予西医治疗,对照组给予巴氯芬治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予豨莶通栓胶囊治疗。2个疗程后,对比两组肢体痉挛改善总有效率、日常生活能力、肢体运动功能、不良反应。结果:观察组肢体痉挛改善总有效率为84.00%,显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);观察组日常生活能力(ADL)评分、肢体运动功能(FMA评分)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组未发现严重不良反应。结论:豨莶通栓胶囊联合西医治疗脑卒中痉挛性瘫痪效果确切,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the effect of Xixian Tongshuan Capsule combined with western medicine in spastic paralysis after stroke.Method:The patients with spastic paralysis after stroke admitted in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,75 cases in each group.Both group received western medicine treatment,and the control group used Baclofen,the observation group was treated with Xixian Tongshuan Capsule on this basis.After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of improving limb spasm,activities of daily living,limb motor function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of improving limb spasm of the observation group was 84.00%,which was significantly higher than 66.67% of the control group (P<0.05).The scores of ADL and FMA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);and there were no severe adverse reaction in both group.Conclusion:Xixian Tongshuan capsule combined with western medicine was effective and safe in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
