摘　　要：重组L-天冬酰胺酶制备与检测实验是中国药科大学生物制药专业实验课的重要组成部分,包含工程菌构建、微生物发酵、酶提取纯化等多种生物学相关的实验技术.从发酵培养、产物检测等方面入手,对现有实验方法进行改进.结果表明,改进后的方法样品产量得到提高,实验结果更加优化,极大地激发了学生的学习兴趣和积极性,教学质量和效果显著提高.同时通过实验的训练培养了学生的实验思路,为提高学生的实验操作能力,拓展学生的实验思维打下了良好的基础.Recombinant L-Asparaginase preparation and testing experiments are an important part of the experimental lesson on biopharmaceuticals specialtyin in China Pharmaceutical University,which contains many biology experimental techniques such as construction of engineering bacteria,microbial fermentation,enzyme extraction and purification.From the aspects of fermentation culture,product testing and so on,we try to improve the experimental methods.The results show that through the improvement of the method,the sample yield is improved,the experimental results are more optimized,the students'learning interest and enthusiasm are greatly stimulated,and the teaching quality and effect are significantly improved.At the same time,through the training of this experiment,the students′experimental ideas are cultivated,which lays a good foundation for improving students′experimental operation ability and expanding students'experimental thinking.
