摘  要:针对传统带电作业空调服装置制冷效果差,难以在空间和布局受限的情况下实现精确控制与调节的问题,将液压传动发电技术应用于带电作业空调服制冷系统中,研制一种由液压传动的发电装置驱动制冷装置的、适用于带电作业服装的综合制冷系统,应用于绝缘斗臂车带电作业。应用Comsol进行仿真,结果表明制冷原理可行。检测试验与现场试验均表明该综合制冷系统可以在高温环境中有效降低人体体表的温度,并使温度保持在较为舒适的区间,满足暑热环境下带电作业人员工作时的降温要求。In view of the fact that the refrigeration effect of traditional live working air-conditioning equipment is bad to solve the problem of accurate control and adjustment in case of limitation of space and arrangement,the hydraulic transmission power generation technology is used in the air-conditioning refrigeration system to develop an auxiliary system with temperature control function suitable for working in insulated bucket arm truck constituted of a refrigeration device driven by the hydraulic transmission power generation equipment,the cooling circulation system and live working suits.Comsol software is used for simulation and the results prove feasibility of the refrigeration principles.The detection and field tests both indicate that this integrated refrigeration system can effectively reduce human body temperature in the high temperature environment,keep the temperature within a comfortable interval and meet the live working requirements of the workers in hot-summer weather environment.
