摘　　要：Bruton酪氨酸激酶(BTK)抑制剂作为小分子靶向药物,目前已经被批准用于慢性淋巴细胞白血病/小淋巴细胞淋巴瘤、套细胞淋巴瘤和华氏巨球蛋白血症等的治疗。奥布替尼是首创新药,于2020年12月25日获批上市,其在临床实践中的应用数据尚待完善。为了进一步规范奥布替尼在B细胞淋巴瘤中的临床应用,专家组成员结合BTK抑制剂的应用现状及已经公布的奥布替尼相关研究数据,制定了该临床应用指导原则,供临床医生参考使用。As a small molecule agent,Bruton tyrosine kinase(BTK)inhibitor has been approved in treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic leukemia,mantle cell lymphoma,Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia.Orelabrutinib as a novel BTK inhibitor was launched on December 25,2020,however,the data of clinical practice remains limited.In order to standardize the clinical practice of orelabrutinib in B-cell lymphoma treatment,the Chinese experts work out this clinical guidance by combining the current clinical application of BTK inhibitors and published data of orelabrutinib to provide references for clinical physicians.
