摘　　要：时代的不断发展和进步,使得高职院校传统思政育人模式,明显不符合社会发展需要和学生发展需求。因此,高职院校可以积极建立多维度思政育人模式,以此促进思政教育优化和革新。本文首先分析高职院校促进思政教育改革的必要性;其次,讲述高职院校展开多维度思政育人的意义;最后,阐述多维度的高职思政育人策略,希望有效提升思政教育教学质量和教学效率,并以此促进高职院校积极发展。With the continuous development and progress of the times,the traditional ideological and political education model of higher vocational colleges does not meet the needs of social development and student development.Higher vocational colleges can actively establish a multi-dimensional ideological and political education model to promote the optimization and innovation of ideological and political education.This article first analyzes the need for higher vocational colleges to promote the reform of ideological and political education;secondly,it describes the significance of multi-dimensional ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges;and finally,expounds the multi-dimensional ideological and political education strategies in higher vocational schools,hoping to be effectively improve the teaching quality and efficiency of ideological and political education.
